3 Ingredient Pancakes (Gluten Free Recipe)
So you wake up in the early morning and the kids are hungry. Â You browse the cupboards and realize there is nothing to eat and you have no pancake mix on hand. Â Have no fear! I’m going to show you how to make very easy 3 Ingredient Pancakes. Â These 3 Ingredient Pancakes contain a ripe banana, eggs and cinnamon and they turn out delicious every single time. Â And yes, they are gluten free! Since these are so easy to make it’s a great way to get the kids involved in breakfast meals as well. Â Enjoy!
3 Ingredient Pancakes Ingredients (Gluten Free)
What you need:
- 1 Ripe Banana
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tsp. Cinnamon
- Potato Masher
- Coconut Spray or Pam Spray
Directions:
Grab your ripe banana and cut it up into a bunch of slices. Â The thinner the slices, the easier the mashing process will be. Â Place your banana slices into a bowl, and crack 2 eggs. Top off with your cinnamon. Â Grab your potato masher and start mashing up everything until it’s blended together. Â I mashed until the banana pieces were really small and the eggs and cinnamon were mixed thoroughly. Â Grab a frying pan and place on the stove over medium heat and spray with your nonstick spray. Â Pour or spoon your pancake batter into the pan and allow to cook for about 2 minutes on the first side. Â Flip the pancake with a spatula and allow the other side to cook about 1.5 minutes. Â Remove from the frying pan and place on a plate. Â These are so delicious and ready to eat. Â Feel free to top off with some delicious ripe bananas and a little sprinkle of cinnamon. YUMMY!

I love that they are Paleo so I can actually eat them! We’ve mixed up a few batches and played with different spices. I’ve found adding a pinch of baking powder helps them fluff up like the pancakes my boys loved before we went grain-free.
