We love our weekend special pancake breakfasts and have recently begun including special pancakes instead of the always traditional buttermilk style. These Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Pancakes are indeed an indulgent treat that the kids rave over. Not only are they super easy to make they are absolutely delicious. Practically a peanut butter cup flavor in your traditional breakfast pancake. Everyone will love these next weekend when you surprise them with this special treat.
CHOCOLATE CHIP PEANUT BUTTER PANCAKES
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups Bisquick Mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (save a few back for garnish with serving)
DIRECTIONS
- Whisk all the ingredients together, cook on medium heat on a non stick pan over stove top.
- Once bubbles start to form in center of pancake, use a spatula to flip pancake and cook on other side.
- Serve hot with maple syrup, whipping cream and mini chocolate chips.
