Do you have someone in your home that suffers from a gluten intolerance or celiac disease? This recipe for gluten free Chocolate Chocolate Chips brownies is sure to bring a smile to their day! If you do not have an all purpose gluten free flour blend on hand you can use pure brown rice flour instead.
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup all purpose gluten free flour
- ¾ cup unsweetended cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup mild oil (such as mild olive oil)
- 2 eggs
- 1/8 cup water
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugars, and chocolate chips.
Add in the oil, eggs, and water and mix until all the dry ingredients are incorporated.
Grease an 8×8 baking dish. Pour in the brownie mixture and bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until the top looks set on the brownies. Cool before serving. You can also double this recipe and bake in a 9×13 pan to be able to freeze the extras for later.
