My surprise points show up in my account, but I’ve been trying for 1.5 hours to get them to “work” during check out and no dice. I even selected the item directly through the “shop now” link next to the 7000 points, made sure it said “redeem reward points,” everything. I can’t find anywhere to explain why it’s not working for the item I want! Boo!

But since these $7 in points are random, my guess is they will not be able to provide any assistance for this, since the free points appear to be random.
