Mine is titled, “$5 Gift Card Enclosed, Spend it on Grandma.” If you don’t see it, check your SPAM / BULK / JUNK mail folder. If you read the fine print at the bottom of the email, it gives the instructions on how to get your $5 credit sent to you as a free $5 check. The fine print on mine says, Gift card expires September 30, 2009… This cash card code is non-transferable. Enter gift card number during checkout. Redeem for cash at: www.magazines.com/cash. Follow the instructions provided.
So, if you haven’t signed up yet for a free account at MAGAZINES.com, you need to sign up TODAY so you don’t miss out on your FREE $5 check the next time this deal rolls around. They send out this free $5 offer every few months, so you need to sign up NOW to make sure you get the email next time with your free $5 gift card that you can then request as a check!
I know this sounds like one of those offers that sounds too good to be true, but I heard about this offer from others who told me they received the $5 checks personally. So, I decided to try it myself, and now my $5 check is on the way. I will post another email when I actually receive my check.
